Chatuchak Park
Chatuchak Park is a beautiful green space set amongst the urban sprawl of Bangkok.
It’s a particularly great place to visit on the weekends because of the proximity to Chatuchak Weekend Market.
There are plenty of well-maintained pathways that wind through the park, inviting visitors to explore its beauty.
Picnicking is a popular activity, or simply sitting on a bench and watching the world go by.
It’s a good place to rest and recharge after an overstimulating experience of visiting the weekend market.
Chatuchak Activities
Adjacent to the park is the Chatuchak Weekend Market, a shopping paradise spread over 27 acres.
This market draws crowds from all over the world and offers an astonishing range of products, from traditional Thai handicrafts to modern fashion and everything in between.
The proximity of the market to the park allows visitors to combine a relaxing day in nature with an exciting shopping experience.
There are ample places to enjoy a walk or run, or use the outdoor fitness equipment.
Additionally, there are spacious lawns making it perfect for yoga or other exercises.
There are also hidden nooks and crannies to enjoy time by yourself, or enjoy the company of friends or loved ones.
